Important Notice: Out of Office & Order Processing Schedule

Dear Valued Customer,

I hope this message finds you well! I wanted to share some important updates about our shipping and order processing schedule:

• As the sole employee of my company, I will be out of the office from December 6th to 13th.
• Orders placed today and tomorrow (December 4th and 5th) will be shipped on December 6th.
• Orders placed between December 6th and 13th will be shipped on December 16th.

If you placed an order between November 15th and now with the free lettermail option via Canada Post, you have the option to upgrade to tracked shipping for $8 CAD due to the Canada Post strike. Simply send us a message, and we’ll arrange the upgrade for you. This applies to Canadian customers only, as U.S. shipping remains unchanged.

Additionally, if the Canada Post strike ends while I’m away, any pending orders will be dropped off at the Canada Post office immediately.
