We’ve made a few updates to our shipping rates due to recent changes with Canada Post and our U.S. shipping partners. These changes take effect immediately and are necessary to help us continue offering fair, reliable service while absorbing some of the rising shipping costs behind the scenes.

Here’s what’s new:


🇨🇦 Shipping Within Canada

Orders under $10 CAD– $2 CAD shipping (untracked)

Orders $10 CAD+ – FREE shipping (untracked)

Tracked express shipping – Available for $9 CAD

Orders over $70 CAD – FREE tracked shipping

 

Estimated delivery time (untracked): 4–14 business days

Estimated delivery time (tracked): 3-8 business days


🇺🇸 Shipping to the U.S.

Orders under $40 CAD – $3 CAD shipping (untracked)

Orders under $40 CAD – Optional tracked express shipping for $9 CAD

Orders between $40–$69.99 CAD – $6 CAD shipping (tracked)

Orders $70 CAD+ – FREE tracked shipping

Estimated delivery time (untracked): 7–25 business days
Please allow up to 30 business days for untracked U.S. orders, as new international shipping regulations have caused occasional backlogs at the border.

Estimated delivery time (tracked): 4-8 business days


All prices are listed in Canadian dollars. If you’re shopping in U.S. dollars, your checkout will reflect the converted amounts automatically.


Why Are These Changes Happening?

Previously, we shipped most U.S. orders using an affordable, untracked USPS lettermail option through a third-party partner. Due to new cross-border regulations, that partner no longer supports this method. In addition, Canada Post has raised their rates for both domestic and international shipments as of early this year.

While our shipping costs—especially for tracked U.S. orders—have increased significantly (now averaging $10+ per shipment), we’re continuing to absorb part of those costs and have introduced flexible shipping tiers to keep your options affordable.
