Shipping, Returns & Refunds

We ship your order within 1-2 business days. 

Please note that the standard shipping option doesn't include tracking. We use Canada Post or Stallion Express. The shipping can be upgraded at the checkout if you wish to have your package fully tracked. Also, we do not use plastic mailers or envelopes as we try not to contribute to the global plastic waste issue.

Please note that delivery times for different countries vary.

The orders placed within Ontario are usually delivered within 4-12 business days. The orders that are traveling to other provinces or territories within Canada are usually delivered within 5-15 business days.  

Orders to the United States are usually delivered within 4-15 business days and are partially tracked (to the border only). If you wish to have your order fully tracked please choose a trackable option at the checkout.

Other international orders are usually in transit for 8-30 business days.

Please be advised that currently due to Covid-19 situation across the world your order might be delayed. We kindly ask to wait for your order to be delivered. 

Please contact us within 30 business days if you haven't received your order and if you are located in Canada or the US. If your order is international please contact us within 60 business days. We are not responsible for lost orders after this timeline has passed.

Please note that items from "Tools and Accessories" section are shipped directly from our overseas warehouse and will be delivered within 10-25 business days separately from other purchases.

Please note that we accept returns only of unopened and unused items. If you wish to return the item please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item using Contact Us page or our e-mail address support@eznails.ca. If you wish to exchange or return the item please note that the return shipping fee will be covered by the buyer.

In case of a refund please be advised that the shipping fee will not be reimbursed.
If the order is lost in the mail a replacement can be provided.

The buyer is responsible for providing the correct address. If the address was incorrect the refund will be issued only in case the order will be returned back to the seller for non-delivery.
