Important Update: Canada Post Shutdown and Shipping Changes

Dear customers,

We’re writing to inform you about Canada Post situation. Initially expected to be a rotating strike, it has now escalated to a full shutdown, significantly impacting deliveries across Canada.

As a result, all Canadian orders currently in transit with Canada Post will be delayed. We deeply regret the inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we navigate this situation.

What This Means for New Orders:

  • For now, we recommend selecting a tracked shipping option at checkout. This service will not use Canada Post, ensuring faster and more reliable delivery.
  • To help with this transition, we will cover part of the tracked shipping fee, so it will only cost $8 CAD.
  • If you choose the free untracked shipping option, your order will still be processed, but it will not be shipped until Canada Post is fully operational again.
  • Unfortunately, there are some areas in Canada where Canada Post is the only available delivery method. In these cases, we will reach out to you directly, and if we are unable to find an alternative, we will have to cancel and refund your order.

For U.S. Customers:
Please note that U.S. orders are unaffected by this situation and will continue to ship as usual.
